Terms of Service

By using ilistpet.store, you agree to use the site at your own risk, follow all site rules, and follow all federal, state, county, and city laws related to pets, animal ownership, rehoming, listings, and meetups.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your listings, photos, descriptions, animal details, health information, temperament information, fees, contact information, communications, meetups, and any rehoming or local arrangement you make with another person.

Platform Role

ilistpet.store is a local listing board for household pet rehoming, lost pet posts, found pet posts, pet supplies, and pet services. ilistpet.store does not own, sell, inspect, transport, ship, verify, guarantee, or supervise any animal, listing, meetup, payment, or user communication.

Local Only

ilistpet.store is not a shipping platform. Animal shipping, courier arrangements, transport scams, long-distance transfers, and payment-before-meeting arrangements are not allowed.

Allowed and Prohibited Listings

Only household pet and pet community listings are allowed. Exotic, wild, illegal, restricted, protected, farm, livestock, mass breeder, puppy mill, or unsafe listings may be removed. See the Rules for more detail.

Posting Access

The $2/month posting access fee is recurring through Stripe. Cancel from your Stripe receipt or contact support for help. Promotional posting codes may be provided at the site operator's discretion.

Reports and Moderation

ilistpet.store may remove, hide, edit, archive, or restrict listings that appear unsafe, illegal, dishonest, abusive, suspicious, shipping-based, exotic-related, farm-related, or outside site rules. Moderation decisions are final.

Listings and messages are created by users. See the Section 230 Notice for the platform role and user-content liability notice.

Limitation of Liability

ilistpet.store is not responsible for scams, unsafe meetups, animal health issues, bite incidents, ownership disputes, inaccurate listings, lost money, user disputes, illegal activity, or anything that happens off the website.
